No guarantees are made regarding revenue increases, lead generation, performance improvements, or other outcomes from our AI services.
4. Communications and Messaging
By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive messages from Ebizont Ltd. DBA AiiP - Ai in Practice. via email, SMS, or phone.
These messages may include follow-ups related to your inquiry or consultation, appointment reminders, service updates, or marketing or promotional offers (if separately opted in).
Message frequency varies.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
We are not liable for delays or undelivered messages. You must ensure that your contact details remain accurate.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, design elements, videos, and materials on our site or sent via communications are owned by AiiP - Ai in Practice or licensed to us. You may not use our materials without express written consent.
6. Payment and Refunds
If applicable, all pricing and payment terms will be clearly stated before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

8. Termination
We may terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms, misuse our services or exhibit aggressive, violent behaviour towards our team members. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, under the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada (or equivalent). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of our intellectual property rights.

11. Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AiiP - Ai in Practice regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements.
Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or internet disruptions.
Assignment. We may assign these Terms without your consent; you may not assign them without our written consent.
